Purchase an annual Genrupt plan and Genrupt, Inc. produces custom, listing-ready videos for the product(s) of your choice, free. This page sets out exactly what that includes and what it does not.

You keep full commercial rights to every video we produce for you. Use them on Amazon, your own store, paid social, anywhere you like.

How it works

1. Purchase an annual plan.
2. Send us the product(s) you want covered, by email or as a project in Genrupt.
3. We confirm the product is eligible and add it to the production queue.
4. Finished videos are delivered into your Genrupt account, where they stay available for as long as your account is open.

Queue order and turnaround

Requests are worked in a rotation. We produce one video per customer, then move to the next customer in line before returning to the top. If your plan includes several videos, they are produced across separate passes rather than back to back, so that a single large allotment does not block everyone behind it.

Typical delivery is around one week per video, depending on your position in the queue. This is an estimate and not a commitment — there is no guaranteed turnaround time.

Each allotted video is produced once. The offer does not include revisions.

Team training (Agency)

Annual Agency includes 3 hours of training for your team on producing videos like these yourselves. Hours may be taken as a single block or split into partial sessions, scheduled by mutual agreement. They expire with your annual plan period, have no cash value, and do not roll over.

What you need to supply

• The product's ASIN, listing URL, or equivalent product page
• Product images you own or are licensed to use
• Any brand direction you want followed, including the substantiated claims you want made and any claims to avoid

If we cannot get what we need from you, we cannot produce the video, and the allotment still expires with your plan period.

Eligibility and exclusions

Most physical products work. Videos are produced with generative AI models, and we cannot produce anything that would breach those models' content policies. We cannot cover:

• Adult or sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or self-harm
• Products involving or marketed to minors, or that would require depicting children
• Any identifiable real person's likeness or voice without documented consent, including celebrities, influencers, and your own customers
• Third-party brands, logos, characters, or other copyrighted material you do not own the rights to
• Counterfeit or replica goods, and counterfeit documents or credentials
• Controlled substances and other illegal goods
• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Firearms and ammunition
• False or misleading product claims. We cannot make a claim about your product that we have no basis for

Genrupt, Inc. reserves the right to decline any product at its discretion. We may also decline where the models repeatedly refuse to produce usable footage even though none of the above applies; where that happens we will tell you, and the allotment returns to you for a different product.

Publishing and AI disclosure

You are responsible for where and how the videos are published, and for meeting the rules of the platforms you publish on. Genrupt, Inc. produces and delivers the videos; it does not post them for you.

These videos are produced with generative AI and may carry embedded content-provenance metadata identifying them as AI-generated. You agree not to strip or obscure it, and to follow the AI-disclosure rules of any platform you publish on, Amazon included.

Showcase

By redeeming this offer you agree that Genrupt, Inc. may feature the finished videos in its portfolio, marketing, social channels, and sales material.

You can opt out. Tell us in writing and we will not show your videos publicly.

Limits

• One allotment per plan period. It does not stack, roll over, or transfer.
• Must be redeemed within your active annual plan period.
• Downgrading or cancelling mid-term forfeits any undelivered videos and unused training hours.
• No cash value, no trade-in value, and no refunds on the videos or training themselves.
• A chargeback or refund of the plan voids the offer.
• Genrupt, Inc. may withdraw or change this offer for new signups at any time. Allotments already earned by existing annual customers are honoured.
